Nadella wants a human hand on the brake#
Satya Nadella posted that companies should treat frontier models, closed and open-weight, as insider risks. Controls sit outside the model. The centerpiece: an authorized person can pause or shut a model down mid-task. He also wants model diversity, tamper-proof logs of meaningful actions, and fast incident disclosure. Chain-of-thought transparency is necessary, he says, but not enough on its own. (Nadella on X, Superintelligence, TechCrunch)
The AI power trade split in two#
Milk Road Stocks flags a clean split over the last year. Equipment sellers ran: Bloom Energy about +218%, GE Vernova about +58%, against roughly +16% for the S&P 500. Plant owners Constellation and Vistra were both down about 16–17%. The pitch: a data center can wait years for a grid hookup; Bloom says onsite fuel cells can be live in about 90 days. (Milk Road Stocks)

Bloom’s Q2 revenue hit about $1.065 billion, up roughly 166% year over year. (Bloom Energy)
Plant owners just got two big-tech checks. Amazon signed a 20-year deal covering 690 MW at Constellation’s Calvert Cliffs, including a 190 MW uprate. Days later Google inked about 3,590 MW with Constellation: 890 MW of new nuclear uprate capacity over 20 years plus 2,700 MW from the existing PJM fleet over 15 years. Ledger confirmed a tampered wallet after a ~$93M drain#
Attackers emptied wallets tied to Ledger devices sold through CryptoBilis, a reseller Ledger listed as authorized. Bitquery traces about $92.9–$93.2 million across hundreds of wallets; YFarmX puts it higher. Ledger confirmed an unauthorized hardware implant in at least one device. Tether froze $10 million. Ledger tells buyers not to set up unused devices from that seller, and victims to move to a new device with a new recovery phrase. (Token Trenches, Bitquery, CoinDesk)
Macro stays in cash; crypto shrugs#
Milk Road’s Macro Index ticked from -1.05 to -0.93 and stays at 0% exposure. The whole +0.12 came from bonds calming: MOVE fell from 107.29 to 98.47 while VIX sat at 14.84. Jobless claims near 57-year lows and consumer spending up 6.2% year over year, but breadth is weak and the equity rally still rides mostly on AI. Their take: crypto has held up better than that backdrop. (Milk Road)
One prompt, a whole booking funnel#
The Vibe Marketer fed an agent a Kansas City roofer problem: 60–80 leads a month, closing about 1 in 6, slow callbacks, no follow-up after the estimate. The agent researched the market, picked the open ground (reply time), built a four-page path, and wrote sixteen follow-up emails and texts over three weeks. Gaps they flag: sample proof, no ads yet, and the one-minute text only works once a texting tool is wired in. (The Vibe Marketer)
